Please be advised that there are risks involved in participating in any dance class or exercise program. This includes, but is not limited to, muscle soreness and knee and ankle injuries. By participating in dbTV and dbLIVE classes, you are assuming all risks of injury that might result. By participating in these classes, you personally assume all risks and will not hold liable Dance Barre's faculty, owners, staff and administrators for any claims for injuries or damages whatsoever resulting from or connected to the use of this site or dbLIVE (Zoom, Facebook Live or other) classes. 


2. Terms

By accessing Dance Barre TV, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in Dance Barre TV are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.



3. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on Dance Barre TV’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
